Android app login
- Download the igplay APK from igplay.id/app and install it on your Android device.
- Open the igplay app and tap Sign in on the welcome screen.
- Enter your username (or email) and password.
- Tap Sign in to access your account.
- Your balance and game library appear immediately. You can deposit, withdraw, or start playing.
iOS and desktop browser login
- On iOS, open Safari or Chrome and navigate to igplay.id. On desktop, visit the igplay website.
- Click or tap Member login in the navigation menu.
- Enter your username (or email) and password in the login form.
- Optionally check Remember me to stay signed in on this device.
- Click Sign in to access your account dashboard.
Account security tips when logging in
- Use a strong password: Choose a password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid birthdays or dictionary words.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): After logging in, go to your account settings and enable 2FA for extra security. You'll receive a code via email or SMS when you log in from a new device.
- Log out after each session on shared devices: Always click Sign out when you finish using igplay on a phone, tablet, or computer shared with others.
- Never save your password in your browser: If prompted to save your password, click Not now to avoid automatic login.
- Change your password regularly: Update your password every few months and immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Protect your login credentials
We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If anyone claiming to represent igplay requests your credentials, it is a scam — do not respond. Contact our support team immediately if you receive such a message.
If you forget your password or can't log in
If you cannot remember your password, use the password reset feature. On the login page, click Forgot your password? and follow the prompts. We'll send a password reset link to your registered email address. Click the link, create a new password, and you can log in immediately with your new credentials.
If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If the email still doesn't appear, contact our support team with your username or email, and we'll help you reset your password securely.
If you have trouble logging in even after resetting your password, it may be because:
- Your account has not completed KYC verification. You must submit and pass identity verification before you can log in. Check your email for verification status updates.
- Your account has been temporarily locked for security. If we detect suspicious login attempts, we lock the account temporarily. Verify your identity using the verification link sent to your email, and the account will unlock.
- You're using an incorrect username or email. Make sure you're entering the exact username or email you used when you registered. Usernames are case-sensitive.
- Your browser is blocking cookies or local storage. If you're on a desktop or iOS browser, ensure cookies are enabled. On Android, clear your app cache and try logging in again.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Once you've logged in, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your igplay account. With 2FA enabled, every time you log in from a new or unrecognized device, we'll send a verification code to your email. You'll enter that code to complete the login.
To set up 2FA: go to your Account Settingsselect Securityand toggle Two-factor authentication on. Choose whether to receive codes via email or SMS. Confirm, and 2FA will be active immediately on your account.
With 2FA active, even if someone learns your password, they won't be able to access your account without also having access to your email or phone number.
