Bank transfers on igplay rely on a direct connection between your personal bank account and our platform. Unlike mobile wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), which sit between you and us, a bank transfer puts you in full control of the transaction. We do not hold your bank credentials — you authenticate directly with your bank via your mobile app or online banking portal.
When you choose bank transfer as your payment method in igplay, we provide you with our merchant account details. You then open your bank's app (e-wallet Mobile, mobile banking Online, local payment Mobile, or online payment Mobile) and initiate a transfer just as you would to any other account holder. The funds arrive in our merchant account, we verify the deposit against your igplay username, and your account balance updates within moments.
On your Android device, the flow is identical whether you use our APK or a mobile browser. Open igplay, log in, tap the Deposit button, select Bank Transfer, and we display our merchant details. Then switch to your bank app, complete the transfer, and return to igplay to confirm. On iOS, the browser experience is equally smooth — no app installation needed, just Safari or Chrome with our responsive web interface.
We ask you to include a reference code (usually your igplay username or account number) in the transfer memo so our payment team can match the incoming funds to your account automatically. This reference is your safety net; if you forget it, support can still link the transaction, but including it speeds up the process considerably.
Account Verification Before Your First Transfer
We require account verification (KYC) before you can deposit via bank transfer. This is both a legal requirement in Indonesia and a security measure to protect your account and our platform. Once verified on igplay, you can use bank transfers, mobile banking, or any other supported payment method without repeating verification. Your identity check is stored securely and never shared outside our platform.
