If you forget your password, visit the igplay login page and click Forgot your password? below the login form. Enter your email address or username, and we'll send a password reset link to your registered email address within a few minutes.

Click the reset link in your email, create a new password (min. 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers), and confirm. Your new password is active immediately. You can then log in with your username or email and your new password.

If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If it still doesn't arrive, contact our support team with your username or email, and we'll help reset your password securely.

You can adjust most account preferences in your Account Settings on igplay. Go to Account > Settings and configure your email notifications, mobile notifications, language, and two-factor authentication (2FA). You can also manage your registered phone number and payment methods here.

To pause activity on your account temporarily, contact our support team. We can suspend your account for a specified period (e.g., during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha holidays), during which you cannot log in or place bets. Your balance remains safe during suspension.

To close your account permanently, request account closure via the support team. We will process any outstanding balance withdrawal and securely delete your account data according to our data retention policy.

Payments and transactions

igplay does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. All fees are zero on our platform. However, your payment provider (e.g., DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your bank) may assess a small transfer fee depending on your account type and the transaction size. These third-party fees are set by your payment provider, not by igplay.

Deposits via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment settle instantly to your igplay balance. Bank transfers via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment typically arrive within one business day. Withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours; funds are returned to your original payment method.

You can review all deposit and withdrawal transactions in your Account > Transaction History anytime.

Yes, igplay supports bank transfers from e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. When you request a deposit on igplay, select Bank Transfer as your payment method, and you'll be shown deposit instructions including the igplay account details and your unique reference number.

Use the reference number provided to send a transfer from your bank account. Transfers from major Indonesian banks typically settle within one business day. Once we receive your transfer, your igplay balance updates automatically. You can check the status of your deposit in your Transaction History.

Withdrawals are always returned to the same bank account you originally transferred from. If you transfer from a e-wallet account, your withdrawal will return to that mobile banking account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and verify account ownership.
